Do you offer online or over the phone sessions?
Yes, our preferred method of coaching and consultation is online via Zoom. The initial contact will be via email or telephone. We will conduct a coaching session via phone when a video access is not available.

Why should I choose coaching?
Coaching is not therapy and does not provide preset or prescribed tasks for you to fulfill. Coaching is about you the coachee finding what works best for you. Coaching allows the coachee to set individual goals and benchmarks that work within their individual framework and comfortability. Coaching requires you to be the driver and coaches to be your accountability partner in reaching your set goals.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require clients to cancel individual sessions 24 hours in advance. Initial consultation fees are non-refundable. Flat-rate session fees may be pro-rated based on when cancellation occurs. For example, if the client(s) complete the assessment and two of the first scheduled session, the 50% paid upfront, will not be refunded. If the client(s) paid the full amount and completed two sessions, they will receive a 50% refund of monies paid.

Prepare/Enrich Assessment $35; 15 Minute Discovery Call is Free. Initial Consultation and Intake Discussion $35; Six sessions flat fee Rate $500; half due upfront.

Do you offer weekend appointments?
Occasionally; on a case by case basis.

Are the sessions confidential?
Yes, we will provide a copy of our confidentiality form to the client. Be advised, however, that we are required by the state of Virginia to report any and all sexual abuse, domestic abuse, self-harm to the appropriate authorities. We will also provide a copy of this statement to clients.
