RANDOLPH
Thaddeus Y. Randolph is a remarkable individual who has made a significant impact on the lives of many people. He was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and currently resides in Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife Amanda Randolph and their two sons, Samuel and Xavier. He is the co-founder and President of Total Grace Solutions, LLC, a company that specializes in coaching and mentoring married couples and individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Thaddeus is a highly decorated retired Army veteran with over 25 years of Military and governmental service. He is a true professional and was awarded the Bronze Star for his dedicated service while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom, which speaks volumes about his commitment to excellence and selfless service to his country.

Thaddeus is a man of faith and was ordained in July of 1991 under Bishop Raymond Napper, senior pastor of Power of Deliverance Church Inc. His passion for reaching the lost for Christ has taken him across the globe, where he has preached and taught in the U.S and internationally, including in Africa, Haiti, Germany, and the Middle East. He has a unique evangelistic and practical preaching style that inspires and transforms conference, seminar, and workshop attendees.
From 1992 to 1996, Thaddeus had the honor of pastoring churches in Darmstadt, Germany, and Killen, TX, where he demonstrated his strong leadership skills and pastoral care for his congregations. Starting in February 2015, he served faithfully for five years as the Director of Pastoral Care at Strong Tower Church, where he oversaw member care and benevolence, prison and jail ministry, hospital visitation, and community outreach. He also volunteered as a mentor for local groups such as Teen Challenge, Teen Enrichment, and FailSafe Era, a reentry program.
Thaddeus earned his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Jacksonville Theology Seminary School in 2001 and his M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University Theological Seminary in 2013. In June 2023, he received an Honorary Doctorate Degree Doctorate in Humanitarianism from GIA Advocate University. He is a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and Mentor for engaged and married couples and is also certified in Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS).
Recently, Thaddeus co-authored two Amazon best-selling anthologies: Finding Joy in the Journey: Healthy Ways to Navigate Grief (2020) and Rich Relationships: Our Marital Code to Oneness (2020). In 2022, he and his wife published their first book, Cups Full of Grace: A Guide to Gracious and Attractive Conversations to Enlighten, Encourage, and Affirm Your Relationship, which is a testament to their commitment to helping couples build strong and healthy relationship
Thaddeus has accumulated over 500 volunteer hours conducting Men’s Bible Study and Life Skills at the Rappahannock Regional Jail since 2010, which underscores his commitment to serving his community and helping those in need. Thaddeus has faithfully served for over 22 years in ministry, reaching the lost, bound, and incarcerated because of his strong desire to see others experience the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.
In his free time, Thaddeus enjoys golfing, reading, writing, watching sports, spending time with family, traveling, and learning about new cultures. His passion for life and dedication to helping others make him a truly remarkable individual.
