AMANDA
RANDOLPH

Amanda Renell Randolph is a retired Army veteran originally from Tallahassee, Florida. She is a mother of two sons, Samuel and Xavier Randolph, and has been married to her husband, Thaddeus Y. Randolph, for 38 years. Currently residing in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Amanda is impacting the lives of those around her.

Amanda joined the United States Army three weeks after graduating from Amos P. Godby in Tallahassee, Florida. She served as a US Army All Source Intelligence professional, rising from Private First Class to Chief Warrant Officer Four. During her 26- year career, she participated in numerous Joint and operational exercises in multiple countries, including Europe, the Balkans, Asia, the Pacific area of operations, the Middle East and Levant, and Africa. She deployed twice to Bosnia Herzegovina to support US military operations and twice to the Middle East. Amanda is a recipient of the Military Intelligence Corps Knowlton Award for contributions to intelligence operations.

TIn 2020, Amanda and her husband, Thaddeus, co-founded Total Grace Solutions, LLC, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The organization provides premarital and marital coaching to engaged or married couples, and they began podcasting with the Thad & Amanda Let's Talk Podcast. This podcast was created during the pandemic to help couples develop and strengthen communication and conflict-resolution skills. Since then, the podcast has grown into The Total Grace Solutions YouTube channel and weekly Facebook Live sessions discussing marriage-related topics. Amanda enjoys helping couples develop stronger relationships, and she often says that if couples learn to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and resolve conflict, they are on the way to building a healthier marriage.

 

Amanda has served alongside her husband as he pastored two years in Darmstadt, Germany, and two years in Killeen, Texas. She has also served as the Assistant Pastor of the Gospel Service while deployed to Bosnia and led Women’s bible study while deployed to Iraq. In addition, she has mentored countless young Christians on their faith journey. She and her husband seek to build a family legacy with a biblical foundation that changes generational mindsets and lifestyle choices, and she desires to see others develop and grow their faith in Christ and resonate Christ’s love on earth.

 

Amanda has lived in the Fredericksburg, VA, area for 17 years. She was a member of Strong Tower Church for over 15 years, volunteering and serving in multiple capacities. She volunteered as an Intercessory Prayer team member, Phone Volunteer, Women’s Bible Study Teacher at Rappahannock Regional Jail, and Small Group and Marriage Mentor Coordinator at Strong Tower. In addition, she was employed as the Executive Assistant to the Family Life Director at Strong Tower Church from September 2013 to December 2017. As the Executive Assistant, she coordinated with volunteer department leads for Children’s Church and Youth Ministry teams, coordinated youth mission trips, and assisted in planning annual seasonal community special events for Easter, summer skills camp, and Fall Harvest Fest.

 

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies from American Military University and a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling – Marriage and Family from Liberty University. She also has an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism from GIA Advocate University. Amanda is a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and Mentor for engaged and married couples. She is also certified in Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS).
